Pros
My co workers were the best part about the job. They gave me pay increase pretty fast.
Cons
Alot of walking and moving all day if you're a sales associate which is not necessarily a bad thing but can be exhausting after 10-12 hours. As a sales associate, you're constantly running to either the kiosks or price check machines to help customer or going upfront to the cash register to get backup calls. Hard to get the store recovered everyday when you're so busy doing everything else. Also calls go off alot from the kiosks and price machines. Often they are clear across the store and you can't always make it right there away. Managers often complain about this and rarely give you credit for all the hard word you are doing. It also gets annoying having to get cashier backup calls all day also. You're often stuck working late since your recovery becomes last priority and must be done by the end of the night. I've had nights stuck at the sotre till 1 in the morning. Often it is till 10 or 11 pm. Managers never told us about this at the interview. Also, I asked not to work till closing ( which means working past closing) more than once a week however management continued to schedule me till closing and I was stuck with their schedule.
