Pros
Lots of opportunities to cross train if you have the initiative Flexible schedule (as long as appropriate notice is given and they are well staffed) If you’re full time, there are benefits Depending on the staff you work with, great time are to be had You can earn a jean day with good behavior or excellent service
Cons
Meager annual pay raise Their site says they give raises based on quality of work, but realistically only a standard annual raise Expect to work weekends, most holidays, and either opening the store or closing it Very rare to get full time (I’ve only seen department heads get to it) Pressure to get credit card applications and they give you $0.50 per app
