Pros
If you work mornings it's pretty slow, you just organize the store, or stock items, there is very little training needed, you if you like a change of pace every other day you will experience that here, they have decent benefits if you shop in store you get 15% plus additional 20 during family friends events. Working in customer service is the best job in the building, It's good for a first time job or someone who can't lift much due to injury
Cons
You will be micro managed by a manager, you will told to have something organized by the end of the day, however you need to be in home dept kids shoes and women's since they never schedule enough floor coverage, and check fitting rooms, and they will act surprised in the middle of your shift when the things you straightened on the floor that morning have been thrown on the ground by customers , and they will ask you why you weren't in your area, the pay in 2021 for a manager was $14.75...... yea I didn't stay long. You will also be cross trained as a cashier and asked to helped for at least 30 mins during peak traffic.
