Pros

Great career opportunities – Kohler offers diverse roles across manufacturing, design, technology, and management, with strong career growth paths. Excellent expense policy – Employees often find the company fair and supportive in covering work-related expenses. Strong global presence – Being a well-established international brand, Kohler provides opportunities for global exposure and cross-cultural collaboration. Employee development programs – The company invests in training, leadership development, and skill-building opportunities for its workforce. Innovative and sustainable culture – Kohler emphasizes innovation in design and sustainability, giving employees a chance to work on impactful projects that align with environmental and social responsibility.

Cons

Hotel stay limit and car mileage policies need improvement – Travel-related allowances could be more competitive. Leadership development workshops – Unlike some other MNCs, external institute-based leadership training is limited, which could better prepare managers. High workload – Employees often feel stretched with heavy responsibilities, suggesting a need for more manpower. Decision-making speed – Processes can sometimes be slower due to hierarchy, impacting agility and quick execution. Work–life balance challenges – Depending on the role, long hours and workload pressure can affect personal time.

Pros

If you are okay supporting a business that is focused on building wealth instead of developing skills and business understanding of objectives, then you will fit right in as long as you learn two important phrases "Great idea boss" and "Yes sir, I will carry out all of your plans so you will be recognized by upper management". DON'T ROCK THE BOAT!

Cons

I have already posted a con, but noticed another con that other posts point to. I read about disappointment of no remote work anymore. Remote work is difficult; you have a hard time building collaboration, teamwork and trust in a remote situation. But as I look at myself, I am on-site and love coming to work - would rather be around my team and have a constant pulse on the culture where I can address any issues immediately. Ask yourself, other than the loss of commute time and being in the comfort of your own home - why do people prefer to work from home. Many times, it can be due to avoiding the stress and anxiety that exists at work. Now ask yourself, what would make people want to be in the office versus at home. Whether you are remote or in person, not wanting to come into the office may be a sign that you are not happy and lacking fulfillment from your current circumstances.
