- CEO is agressive to people in the way he speaks - Delayed salaries - Several breach of contracts with a lot of their clients - Reports of harassment - Upper management doesn't keep up with their promises - People constantly being let go - Good employees constantly running away from the company and joining competitors - Low Salaries - People from Recife are treated differently (in a bad way) from the rest of the company

Great people (under C level) and cool projects.

Bad management, lack of transparency inside the company. Bottlenecks everywhere because people are afraid to point out what's wrong, "everything is fine" type of culture that creates a false sense of security until things are clearly burning and it's impossible to hide. Terrible handling of delicate situations from HR with complete disregard for employees.
