Kokosing has really taken off in last 6 years (expanding both geographically and in size/scales of projects) which is allowing for significant growth opportunities similar to other larger top ENR GCs. If you want to base from Ohio there is no better contractor to work for.

Growth is rapid so understanding of what is normal practice amongst other larger GCs as far as compensation/travel packages is still an ongoing learning curve for Kokosing.

Good place to work, strong on safety.

Long hours with salary pay, pay is decent but definitely always looking to save a buck.
