Pros
None honestly. Maybe location and proximity to Koreatown, but that's about it. Even if you're an intern, you're expected to do full-time labor as what an employee would do but with no guarantee of pay.
Cons
Don't work here -- period. They take advantage of your labor and will treat you without any basic decency. They have a 2-month "internship/probation period" where you basically do everything an employee does but with no pay just so they can see how well you "work with the team." It's completely manipulative and they give you no feedback on how you're doing. On top of that, I was completely ignored/mistreated (as were numerous other people I know who worked there and left). No explicit mistreatment/harassment but I was given the cold shoulder (even from the boss himself) and ostracized from the team. There is something seriously wrong with this company's culture and environment, and if you want to avoid an absolute landmine of a workplace, listen to me and avoid working for them. They don't even care about how you feel if you leave because they'll just hire someone else to replace you as soon as you're gone.
