      Very dysfunctional work environment. Push out good people if you don't kiss the ring of management.

      Pros

      It's very busy and the day goes by quickly. I learn a lot from my job everyday. Good benefits, 7 holidays and paid vacation. They have an open door policy and you can go in the Presidents office to talk with him.

      I don't have any thing negative to say.
