ESOP, steady work, good team members, friendly environment, work with cool technology.
Cons
Low pay range for the industry, fail to meet promises even when you meet goals, Buddy system for role elevation and growth, excessive travel, weekend work expected very often, no weekend or holiday work compensation other than standard pay. Most coworkers are very green and term of employment is average of 4-5 years at best before people get fed up or get enough experience to leave for better pay/treatment. Benefits are lack luster and very expensive.
