Great schedule for school. Interesting job. Laid back environment and not too anal about job performance.

The starting pay is minimal and good luck getting a raise. Other than that the job isint that bad. No complaints.

Denim factory is incredible - I'm always amazed at the top-to-bottom process of denim production.

-No upward mobility -Small departments. No chance to move up. -No employee reviews - standard raise w/o option for further increase unless one approaches management independently.
