      When you clock out and get to walk outside to see the sun

      Cons

      horrible management, completely disconnected boomers running the show with absolutely no idea how the modern workforce work, “nobody wants to work” attitude when they’re paying less than a minimum wage to consistently pick up the slack from the idiotic mindless managers in place

      Excellent benefits, work life balance, great company culture. This is the first time I've felt like the company I'm working at genuinely cares about the people working there

      Cons

      Some territories are harder than others. Lots of travel. Lots of travel Pay is slightly lower than other similar positions but IMO benefits and work life balance make up for it
