Pros
Interesting topic of work, since it is focused on sustainable solutions in the agricultural field. The facilities, the labs are built in a nice way, that makes you calm and happy to work there and the location of the company is easily accessible with public transport.
Cons
Not human oriented management. There are politics that prevent teams in the same department to collaborate in harmony and towards the same goal due to these politics. For my department was easy to advance in your career, but i think that was the exception. I had been hearing that is in general very difficult.
