Pros

There are some decent people who work here.

Cons

The most toxic culture I've ever experienced. CEO will attempt to embarrass you in front of people. On Dozens of occasions, I witnessed him attack employees' work, their character, their intelligence and more. He promised comp. plans for MONTHS, and they never came. I had to threaten to sue in order to get paid the money Kore owed me. The toxic culture is pushed down to all people here. In my time, the average employee tenure for new hires was less than 12 months.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take feedback very seriously and are always looking for areas that need improvement for our employees. The vast majority of our commission plans have been completed & implemented. If this is still an issue, we would highly encourage you speak to your executive for your specific business unit regarding your concern. They are responsible for this and can assist you right away. We love an opportunity to speak with you and better understand what specific areas could be focused on for improvement. Please feel free to reach out to me directly and thank you for all you do. @ Kristi.Grassley@kore.com

Pros

Some dedicated folks, people want the company to succeed.

Cons

Leadership team are Yes Men to the CEO. Have high expectations of campaign performance with limited budgets, tight turn around times, and ever changing product services and offerings that prevented actual market awareness and penetration. Avoided good practice digital marketing in favor for treating every contact as a lead and having BDRs contact them with poor, generalized messaging. Board mandated RIFs are done without leadership input.
