Pros

You are forced to learn how to deal with a lot of problems, very quickly. You develop strong multi-tasking skills.

Cons

Excessive workload, dramatic management. CEO is intense micromanager, who hovers over every move. Required to account for every minute of the day. At same time, she's horrible at passing along information. High turnover rate.

Pros

Like the other reviews have noted, there are opportunities to do different things. The stated goals of the organization are noble.

Cons

Demoralizing place to work. Employees are overworked and under-informed, but they're blamed when things go badly. There are opportunities to do lots of things, but it's because staff are stretched too thin. It's common for employees to assume a bunch of extra responsibilities that aren't in their job description, therefore work they're not compensated for. The comments about the narcissistic, bullying management are accurate. Their actions wouldn't be tolerated elsewhere, but they can get away with it here because they work in a cultural bubble, and they tend to hire people who can't easily afford to leave their jobs. That so many people do anyway speaks volumes.
