Good environment, good team, good management

I don’t really know any cons

No one around to micromanage. VERY HANDS OFF, in a daily basis.

ZERO TRAINING. Lies about BENEFITS! THEN forces you to take their insurance. Which is astronomical for a group policy. Just wants to hold on to extra money VA allotted for the employees benefits. I was in a store with a couple of other opticians and when a question came up, because we were all hired at the same time. When we called everyone got a different answer. Sometimes there would be no calls returned by management. Or when you were professional and returned their call you were asked who you were because they deleted your number. In monthly meetings you were excluded in roll call but asked repeatedly if anyone was not called. During the first month of employment 3 opticians resigned via mass email. I should have seen that red flag! I read where a lot of people say they want to be respectful of employers, well I am writing the truth so no one else is bamboozled into unfair work situation. Respect is earned.
