Pros
Decent pay if you just to want to waste your life away at a job 60 hrs a week. Job isn't too physically taxing . Everything is structured properly , from their HR down to operations. Everything is very smooth. Pretty nice company to have on your resume.
Cons
Suck up or shut up. Want a future? Suck up Want to live quiet and happily? Shut up Super weird company culture . Everyone seems to be afraid of the owner. Literally afraid , in the true sense of the word. It's to the point that people you meet , only do their job to appease the boss. No one really cares about the company , Upper management loves to send "template" texts into sales chat groups just to show to the boss that they're doing their job. As a low ranked manager , your job is to reply to every single one of these rubbish template texts to give "face" to your higher management and show the boss that everyone is working. The upper management loves to play these games with their manpower , stretching people exhaustingly thin up until they choose resign , before they offer you any increments or promotions. There is also an odd culture where it is almost impossible to request for an outlet change. The upper management really doesnt care even if your location is 2hours away from home. The area managers have this self-centred thinking where they won't allow you to transfer zones unless they receive a manager as a trade for you. I've heard this line multiple times , "we can always find someone new*. From all levels of management. They don't value you a tiny bit , you're just a replaceable needle in their structure. The only reason for locals is quota, else I'm sure they would be mass hiring foreigners. Cheaper , and willing to work insane hours with no complaints. Locals, if you're looking for a career here , don't .
