Pros
The owner likes to reward his employees with lunches and picnics. They offer several different shifts to try and work with your schedule.
Cons
In my department specifically, the supervisors have a control problem. They complained about the amount of work they had to do but wouldn’t pass the work down the line to be more efficient. In general, they prefer to employ work place snitches. The more you snitch, the better they treat you.
