      The people! They are everything and make up for any hick up’s or not working out projects. The team is very well put together!

      Cons

      Structure is missing. Not everyone is always satisfied which is ok. But they need to figure out why and act on it

      - flat hierarchies - no micromanagement - a lot of trust - caring management - great colleagues - flexible working hours - optional home-office - budget for self-development - company events - occasional free food and always free drinks :)

      I have no complaints! I've been with KptnCook for 10 months and really love working there
