      Pros

      Flexible working hours. Good HR policy. Selected trough interview. Quite a few centers. They teach students in various domain like competitive exams, stock market etc

      Cons

      no proper mission and mission. Quality of teachers is not that good . No of students in the class are very few. Need to increase more students and increase frequency of classes
