Pros

Everyone was super friendly and you got the discounts

Cons

Because I was 14/15 years old they paid me below the state's minimum wage, forced to do the really horrible jobs such as bathrooms, carts (in any weather condition and I was forced to keep going out there even if I was freezing cold or burning up), management was horrible and your experience could change at the snap of a finger depending on the manager/supervisor there. They kept scheduling me hours I never said I was willing to work and then when I tried to quit they ignored my two week notice and kept me on the schedule

10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

Cons

October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
