Pros

Decent money, part-time is 11.00 and Full-time is 14.00. You write your own schedule and are in control of all the ordering except Starbucks Auto-Shipment.

Cons

Very stressful, depending on your Kroger manager and Deli manager. If you have great support than its better. Its hard to follow both Starbucks and Kroger policy and regulations since they are two completely difference companies. It is really hard to get everything that you have to get done day to day because you always are considered one of the Barista's and have to constantly be on the floor to make drinks. Not flexible with hours, unless part-time. Like any other manager job, you are constantly bombarded. Inventory is harder than it should be. You have too many people micro-managing.
