Too much favoritism at this location - Pharmacy Technician Kroger Employee Review

Supervisor favorited certain coworkers and let them get away with misconduct. Enforced dress codes on specific people more of minorities than white counterparts. Gossip was extremely heavy and became uncomfortable after a while. Was constantly asked "do you still like us?" Infront of everyone and putting you on the spot. Instead of addressing issues verbally, they used Imessage group chats to address issues amongst employees. Prepared to be uncomfortable as a newbie, they will throw you to the wolves after day one. Employees that worked there for several years got all the hours while the rest was handed small hours.
