Work is interesting enough but no different to the type of work you would get within similar teams elsewhere.
Cons
Filter reviews for restructuring you will see a consistent theme going back years which I wish I took notice of and rings true. Team is led by bullies whose behaviour is generally accepted and they are not going anywhere anytime soon. You will never meet these people when interviewing and instead meet a friendly face. Important to bear that in mind. This is not an environment where you can make mistakes, grow or develop naturally unless you play team politics. Will go through hiring cycles every 6 months as staff turnover is so high, either by means of redundancies or good people leaving. Not worth the risk if moving from a stable job/firm.
