Good benefits and met some good people. Overall decent entry-level position
Cons
- constantly demanding more of us. Management just viewed us by the hours we billed, not as real people - horribly embarrassing compensation. Bonuses were terrible too - no work perks - management had been there for a long time and it really just felt like they were sitting there waiting for retirement
