Management Team genuinely cares about the team. They take the time to listen and are open to improvement ideas. They are focused on work/life balance which doesn’t always happen in the technology industry. It’s nice having a hybrid approach to the office so you don’t have to go in all 5 days a week. Overall, I enjoy going to work everyday.

None are that are big enough or worrisome to note.

The owners and leadership team truly care about their associates. The leadership has been revamped making it a great place to work.

Previous years it lacked structure and procedures, however they have really embraced a change in the business model making it easier to do your job.
