Pros

The Company is really good to its employees regarding benefits and pay.

Cons

The company has a cancer regarding business practices. It started our very small and has grown to a size where upward scalability is a necessity however stubborn business practices have determined that making the environment scalable is not important and has decided to forgo adoption of best practices for continued application of quickest, cheapest, dirtiest, easiest which will ruin the company if they do not properly manage scalability.

Pros

Working at Kryterion has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The culture here is genuinely supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven. I feel valued not just for the work I do, but for who I am as a person. Leadership encourages innovation and open communication, which creates an environment where ideas are heard and growth is possible. What I love most is the sense of purpose—knowing that the work we do has a real impact. Whether it's through building better solutions or supporting our clients, there's always a feeling that we’re part of something meaningful. The flexibility, the people, and the opportunities to learn and evolve have made Kryterion feel more like a community than just a workplace. I’m proud to be part of this team and excited for what’s ahead.

Cons

no pay increases in years

Pros

There are some great hardworking people at the company.

Cons

The company and its leadership is very stuck in their historical ways and refuse evolve even after losing significant market share. Drake, the parent company, micromanages everything and even simple decisions need to be made by Drake. There are many time consuming meetings that add no value and seem to be there just for the current CEO.
