      Pros

      The company offers pretty cool demos allowing ambassadors to offer wines for all price points I have not met my manager but she seems to be professional and dedicated as do her co-workers.

      Cons

      Very slow to pay and "paper work heavy" although it can be completed online. Event recaps are VERY slow and not terribly user friendly.

      Pros

      Contracted work, so one can accept or decline an assignment, which makes it flexible. Sometimes the days and hours can be changed to suit your schedule. Relatively easy work.

      Cons

      They don't pay you until they feel like it. They take advantage of the fact that you are an independent contractor without any recourse. Currently, I am owed over $1500.00 since November of 2015 and its mid February 2016. When you try to call the corporate office in Colorado you will be unable to reach a human being, only automated out going messages. Kobe enjoys the absolute worst reputation in the business among its Brand Ambassadors for this reason. Everyone knows to stay away from it. I wish I would have listened to them.
