Pros

The 15 week training period is better than advertised - expert training from a range of different people with different styles, you get a taste of multiple different areas and you actually put your new skills to practice with a real client project at the end (that the client actually uses!). Also, once you're client side, the Kubrick network is so supportive and friendly. Now things are starting to open up, Kubrick HQ is trying to get more of their consultants to get involved with social activities, extra learning opportunities etc. The employee benefits system is good, and the bonus scheme is good too. But nothing like some of the large companies out, which is understandable as Kubrick are still quite small.

Cons

The client work can be hit and miss. Some have been placed at some fantastic companies doing some exciting work. But I was placed in a role and industry that I had no interest in - but Kubrick can only give us roles that have vacancies, so some of us don't get what we are interested in. There's scope to move during your time at Kubrick, but it's slow as Kubrick are reluctant to move you away from a client unless absolutely necessary.

Pros

This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consultancies.

Pros

The training program in London was great. I met a bunch of wonderful people that I still engage with now.

Cons

They laid off a third of the consultants waiting to be placed with a client in the US. This is their second time doing this after saying it wouldn't happen again.
