Good training but not enough annual leave days/benefits - Data Product Consultant Kubrick Group Employee Review

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality training for all and ensuring consultants have plenty of opportunities to continue developing post-training through a variety of resources. In regard to the training, we admit it is intense however we are transparent about this from the start of the application process as it's important candidates understand the level of work and commitment required. We regularly review the training syllabus to ensure everything taught is relevant to our client's needs and the wider market. Reducing the amount of tools and technologies covered in training would be a hindrance to consultants, as our clients use a wide variety and the training is designed to reflect that. Your comments regarding benefits and time off has been noted. HR are continuously reviewing all staff benefits and looking at ways to improve the overall experience and will bear this in mind.
