Pros

Level of training is good and you can access it when you are on client site, the office environment at HQ is relaxed and modern. Very wide range of clients across different industries.

Cons

More annual leave days (we only get 20 in year 1 and 23 in year 2) and a longer, less intense training period which focuses on a smaller number of tools would have been better. Also it does not offer as many benefits as other consultancies such as medical insurance.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the training and found the materials to be accessible after the 15 weeks. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality training for all and ensuring consultants have plenty of opportunities to continue developing post-training through a variety of resources. We are also committed to building and maintaining strong client relationships across a variety of industries that guarantee exposure to a wide range of technical and professional challenges, so it's great to see you echo this point. In regard to the training, we admit it is intense however we are transparent about this from the start of the application process as it's important candidates understand the level of work and commitment required. We regularly review the training syllabus to ensure everything taught is relevant to our client's needs and the wider market. Reducing the amount of tools and technologies covered in training would be a hindrance to consultants, as our clients use a wide variety and the training is designed to reflect that. Your comments regarding benefits and time off has been noted. HR are continuously reviewing all staff benefits and looking at ways to improve the overall experience and will bear this in mind. If you haven't already done so, we strongly recommend you reach out to your Consultant Success Manager in regard to taking compassionate leave/leave for extenuating circumstances as we always take these requests very seriously. If you have contacted your CSM and did not receive the desired response/feel unhappy in any way, we recommend you reach out to HR for additional support and guidance. Many thanks

Pros

This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consultancies.

Pros

There’s are some good pros to this job, You have the chance to get flown out to London for 15 weeks of mediocre training and you will meet some of the most amazing people and make lots of friends.

Cons

-During my training we sat around for a week because the person in charge of our project left the company so they didn’t know what to do with us. - this company is notorious for doing layoffs, and one round of layoffs just happened because they way over hired. They then proceeded to blame it on conflict in the Middle East.
