We are pleased to hear you found the trainers to be supportive and that this was a great route into data and tech, however we are sorry to hear you were impacted by the recent redundancies. This was not a decision we wanted to make, and we can assure you that all alternative avenues were explored first. We always take a prudent approach to hiring however due to the ongoing economic slowdown and the nature of our business model we have had to make some very tough decisions to reduce our bench. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfil the full employee value proposition for some of hires in providing client experience post 15 weeks training. We have since turned off hiring in the UK and are focused on placing consultants that are currently on the bench, whilst giving them opportunities to upskill through a variety of initiatives. We will also be adopting a more stringent approach in future to minimise the chances of this happening again, however due to the nature of our business requiring us to hire consultants at least six months prior to their placement date, there is always a challenge in predicting expected sales volumes especially in an uncertain economic environment.
