Pros
A very good way to enter into the data space if you have no prior experience - they'll get you a job at a company that will use your skills well and the salary scale is excellent - especially for people who are inexperienced workers and often fresh graduates before their training.
Cons
You don't get to choose the work you do and could be sent to a client that has an odd work ethic or you could even end up on the bench (not at a client) for a fair amount of time if the market is dry at the time you finish training. You are committed to a 2 year contract after the training so if this bothers you it is worth considering but I have found most people who have worked with Kubrick haven't minded this at all.
