      -Experience working with kids -Experience with office management and recording data

      Cons

      -You may have trouble explaining answers to kids. There were barely any resources that would elaborate on why an answer is that answer -Lack of support with uncooperative students -Parents sometimes drop off their kids expecting it to be a babysitting institute -Can be overwhelming dealing with students of various levels and subjects all at the same time

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
