Pros
You really get to see the kids grow as they start to understand new concepts. There has been a lot of growth for me and I have learned a lot. It is a really chill atmosphere and my boss is always taking us out for lunch. Moral is great.
Cons
There isn't really any growth potential because they are mostly small franchises. Hours are very limited because most centers are only open twice a week.
