      Pros

      Not much mental input needed Very easy to get hired (on the spot, for me) The kids are awesome, some of them are just hilarious- they're like my siblings Easy commute

      Cons

      Not much mental input needed Those kids that bring up their work for the 100th time without any corrections Kids with really bad handwriting, or really large handwriting Grading is tedious Being a grader, I'm not allowed to help the kids figure out what they did wrong, I get warnings if I give so much as a hint to what page the mistake is on Pay is min. wage ($9) Hours are limited (3 hours/week)

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
