Pros
Outstanding benefits package including the best 401K match I have seen and very affordable health care costs. The company believes in developing employees. It feels good working for a company that does work to support learning. The employees I have met all seem to truly buy into the company mission. I hope to be with Kumon until I retire.
Cons
The company is a mixture of Corporate employees and Franchisees. The challenge is getting everyone on the same page since perspectives differ.
