Pros

The people are the best part of this company. I can honestly say that they are some of the best coworkers I ever had the opportunity to work with. Everyone works really hard and appreciates each other's hard work. It's great if you need to get your foot in the door, but you will quickly realize that it is not a place to have a career.

Cons

The management is the worst. Their lack of direction and confidence and appreciation in their employees is evident, and will be the downfall of this company. So many good people and hard workers leave because their efforts are not appreciated by their bosses or by the executives. There is no transparency. You will go about your day, week, month thinking everything is fine, and then out of no where (usually every October) there will be layoffs or a "change in direction" which ultimately leads to more unhappiness for the employees. Employees are not asked what they think and advancement is unheard of. If you are hired for a position, chances are you will remain in that position until you quit - or unless you sleep with the management.

Pros

If you're invested in education, it's a great program to work in whether an early or seasoned professional.

Cons

Each center is different and work culture largely depends on the Center Instructor. Although the goals across centers is the same, you won't have a great time if you don't "click" with the Instructor.
