Pros
Flexible scheduling, strong management, opportunity to increase salary over time, friendly working environment, well-behaved children for the most part
Cons
Losts of turnover had to re-train new employees who didn't stick around for long, pay rate is fairly low, part time only oppurtunity. The most hours I could work there per week were about 10 but each location varies.
