      Some thorough training (although always in London).

      Cons

      Incredibly time-consuming processes and too little autonomy. Expectations very high for students with regards to homework - makes it difficult for the majority of students to continue for any length of time.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
