-Immense Stress (again, center specific) -No opportunities for advancement. Everything based on age rather than skill. -Favoritism -Two extremes: people hired based solely on appearance, and people based solely on skill. This job requires you to be smart, have common sense AND be personable. One of those (except maybe common sense, which can at least get you out of a fix) just won't cut it.
