Pros
Your commission had no cap, the harder you worked the more money you could make.
Cons
Management is toxic, I worked at multiple locations and every single one was a complete mess. The General Manager was shooting up steroids in his office 3 times a week, which led to huge mood swings, everyone walking on egg shells, and over half the staff leaving the same week. One of the assistant managers thought that making sexual comments and asking people to buy pills from her was okay. Several employees brought this issue to HR and nothing was done. We were scoffed at for wanting to take our lunch breaks, or if we chose NOT to work overtime we "weren't dedicated". Several employees started seeing therapists after working in the BDC because of how they were treated in this department. For 5 months I was working 10 hour days, with an hour commute each way, 6 days a week, while all other managers had a day off during the week and regular hour days. I was the only female in a manager position and was the only one forced to work open to close Monday-Saturday. (they are closed Sundays)
