Transparent, good atmosphere. encouraging, they don's micro manage, pay on time.

There are not much of Cons.

Absolutely none that I can think of.

They are an overseas operation; absolutely limited support in the US. I am amazed but I had EXACTLY the same experience as the Contractor from Washington, DC. They changed the term of my contract from B2B to 1099 causing me enormous tax problems. STAY AWAY!!!
