5 Star - Google Ads Specialist Kuware Employee Review

I've been with the company for almost two years now. I’ve never had a company that cared so much for its employees, not until I joined Kuware. Work and overall compensation are great. Management provides great feedback and learning sessions on a regular basis and also listens to the needs of the employees, especially when it comes to improving the company’s overall process. They provide complete work flexibility and put importance on the work output instead of irrelevant work metrics. Management also continuously improves our work process, tools and SOPs for us to have a seamless work environment. A company that truly values the employee's hard work and dedication.

Not much to say. My experience with Kuware has been really great.

Kuware is an excellent place to work if you enjoy an entrepreneurial work style. Avi, the founder and CEO, is very encouraging of independent work and fully supportive of continual skill development and career enhancement. I have learned SO much in the year and a half that I've worked here; skills and insights that benefit me in various aspects of life, and future work, as well. Bonus: we often delve into philosophical discussions, and I love that sort of thing :)

It's a very "startup" kind of atmosphere here, and we are constantly learning and doing new things. I enjoy it, but if you need a more even-keeled workplace, in terms of consistency and predictability of tasks, then this might frustrate the heck out of you.
