Eerily corporate, terribly mismanaged company with limited opportunities for entry to mid-level employees. - Anonymous employee Kuzler Employee Review

Pros

Solid products, work-life balance is decent, pay is unreasonably high if you can weasel your way into upper management.

Cons

Turnover is very high, almost all of upper management has been replaced in the last year and this came after significant layoffs were made in 2012. This is a company that invests a heavy amount of money in upper management, which is very unreasonable considering that it's foreign owned and most of the decision making is done overseas. Management are essentially puppets. The majority of work is farmed out to agencies or done by "temps" rather than investing in permanent mid-level positions. The corporate culture was pretty awful after the layoffs. The president is a smooth-talker but makes lousy business decisions, this company has not seen an increase in sales in about 4 years and is barely keeping it's collective head above water. Be wary.

Pros

- Regional managers are amazing, truly there to help you succeed and never overbearing - Pay and benefits were great for what I needed - Work-life balance

Cons

- Upper management constantly changing which in turn kept changing the company standards - Commissions were unobtainable without long tenure in the territory and a good client base, which was only obtainable if you had a long-standing history with clients or territory - MASSIVE territories - covered 4 states, lofty expectations with little reimbursement for personal car (company cars weren't a thing) - No office, no culture - you're on your own
