Pros
Pay, room for advancement
Cons
Company growing to fast is loosing it's culture. District leaders and higher expectations are way to high for the little labor you get. People being put into positions they're not ready for. It's all a political game it's not always about what you know it's about who you know and if your a "favorite" of the district leaders and above. Upper management doesn't listen to what is really needed in the stores. If they do listen they're to scared to mention it in fear of what they're bosses may say or do. No work life balance at all! No time for breaks. No real incentives to move up in position any longer. Assistant managers make about the same as store managers. Never gives more then a standard 3% raise. Company is just becoming another Corporate ran business that only cares about profit margins and not the people that helped the company get to where it is now.
