Cons
The required hours only increase, when they hire you they say it's usually between 45-50 hours, after they bring you on board it's a required minimum of 50 and after that you need to fill the hours that no one else will work or stay until all their "little things" are done. If you ask off you will pay for it dearly. If you pitch in to help with daily duties you are told to delegate. If you delegate you are told to work along with the co-workers "roll up your sleeve" yea right..... If you are let go, your insurance ends that same day, even if they took all the deductions out for the month it will not matter, it ends that day not the end of the month. They are the only company I've ever heard of that does that. The way they run their schedules allows them to over work the co-workers every week without paying overtime, who ever heard of a work week running from Friday to Thursday, it's just so they can avoid paying overtime.
