No positive things to write about this company

I think it will take a 1 day to write cons any this company. No documentation nothing. Salary not on time. No appraisal after 1 year. No Proper job role for individual. One fine morning you may have to become labour and pack books copies in cartoons. No work culture Very negative environment to work.

Wat to write. Still have to think about any positive things .

. Does not provide joining letter and payslips. Does not give full and final settlement , doesn't pay last month salary at the time of leaving the company. No release papers and certificate at the time of leaving.very unethical.
