Flat hierarchy where entry level employees get to run projects. Young and humble colleagues who take their jobs seriously and don't take themselves seriously.
Cons
The work experience is pretty much rinse and repeat after the first year. You'll plateau if you stay any longer. Some employees were being paid far below what they're worth. They pay you below market rate with a crushing workload and then tell you it's an opportunity. This is a company where you are judged if you leave the office on time. Certain architects are expected to take on additional roles of IT support. One person in particular has had to go back over the weekend to fix issues with the server. Lack of guidance from team leaders and bosses. Subordinates have taken the fall for mistakes on repeated occasions. Clear favoritism. Hard work and effort of employees is taken for granted. No career growth plan.
