Plenty of hours, some good co-workers, decent insurance

They can tend to over work you and expect more. Leads only get paid $1 more than the regular workers and are lorded over by supervisors to do the supervisor's job as well. When things get behind, dont make plans, they will work you to death to get everything done. When things are slow, then expect to get the minimum amount of hours or get sent home for less than 40 a week at times.
