Theres not really any pros to this job - if you get experience here you can hopefully get picked up by Glazers an actually good company
Cons
-Management is horrible -Over worked and underpaid -Cant accidentally break something because you have to pay for the whole case even though they repackage the bottles that don't break - mechanics who work at the warehouse hate when they have to do their job and constantly talk down on you - management talks down on you - managers constantly make changes that don't improve things
