Pros
I am very pleased with management support, work life balance, compensation and benefits, and the value I feel I bring to my internal customers. Management looks to HR as a trusted business partner here at L3Harris and not a personnel department. It is an exciting time to be part of the growing company.
Cons
A little tougher to rotate between departments and roles than I would like. Also lack of consistency of 9/80 at some locations/segments.
